As a solo traveler, I found the room clean and the WiFi reliable, which is essential for a comfortable trip but the noise from the corridors sometimes disrupted my relaxation.

I stayed with my family and got lucky when Tameem upgraded us to a junior suite with a view of the holy site! The service was perfect, especially from the staff who were very friendly and always ready to help.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but overall it was worth it.

Had a really nice stay. The staff was super friendly and let us check in early. They were cool with us staying until our ride came. Rooms were tidy, and service was solid. Only bummer was the breakfast place got super crowded, felt a bit chaotic trying to find a table. The restaurant had great food options though!
